We teach Private or one-on-one sessions, Small group classes, Corporate Yoga
When you come to class, you are lucky if you get one adjustment from the teacher and perhaps a few courtesy “Nice work!” comments while the teacher attempts to manage all of the students in the room. Wouldn’t it be awesome if you could be the star of the show? And that’s where private & small-group yoga lessons come in. Private & small-group yoga sessions are a great way to learn the basics for new students and refine techniques for more seasoned students. It’s an opportunity to get your questions answered (yes, even the seemingly stupid ones) in a comfortable setting. When we work together one-on-one, we will create a sequence tailored specifically to your needs. In our first session together, we will spend a little extra time discussing expectations, goals and what you want from our time together. We will also work on creating an optimal alignment in your body through the practice, so you not only feel better, but you look awesome too!
And the best part, you have the added convenience of having the sessions at your home, condo gym or workplace – we can come to you!
